These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "these Services") provided on this EC site by TASHIKANI JAPANESE CUISINE (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). Registered members (hereinafter referred to as "members") must use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)

Members shall pay the displayed fees for product purchases using the method designated by our company.

Article 3 (Prohibited matters)

Members must not engage in the following activities when using this service:

(1) Activities that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.

(2) Activities related to criminal activity.

(3) Activities that destroy or interfere with the functioning of our servers or networks.

(4) Activities that may interfere with the operation of our services.

(5) Activities that collect or store personal information about other members.

(6) Impersonating another member

(7) Directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces in connection with our services

(8) Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Members if it determines that any of the following reasons exist:

(1) When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates on the computer systems related to the Service

(2) When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters

(3) When computers or communication lines cease operation due to accidents

(4) When the Company otherwise determines that the provision of the Service is difficultThe Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by Members or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 5 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service to a Member or cancel the Member's registration in the following cases:

(1) If any provision of these Terms is violated
(2) If it is discovered that any registered information contains false statements
(3) If the Company otherwise determines that use of the Service is inappropriate
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member as a result of actions taken by the Company pursuant to this Article.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)
Our liability for breach of contract shall be exempted in cases not attributable to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, disputes, or other matters arising between Members and other Members or third parties in connection with this Service.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notifying Members, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members as a result.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms of Use)
The Company may amend these Terms at any time without notice to Members if deemed necessary.

Article 9 (Notices or Communications)
Notices or communications between Members and the Company shall be made by the methods specified by the Company.

Article 10 (Prohibition on Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Members may not assign their status under the User Agreement or any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party, nor use them as collateral, without our prior written consent.
 

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
